Dr Rakshit’s empathetic nature made the whole experience stress free. I felt that she really listened to me, she explained likely diagnosis, tests needed and what was involved. Originally approached Lucy when I was suffering with Heartburn/Acid reflux on a daily basis. Lucy was professional and easy to communicate with from the outset. She made a number of suggestions which I incorporated immediately and started to see improvements more or less straight away. After just 4 sessions I was no longer regurgitating at nighttime and the acid reflux continued to improve. Caroline shares up to date sciences findings, which is important to me; she also shares documents I can use and keep, to later on refer to if needed. Those dociments are on what she explained to me and helped me manage and stabilise my symptoms. after each session, I received a summary of what we had decided my next step would be Beyond her solid knowledge, Carolineis a lovely person, with whom it is very easy to communicate. I am so glad I have been working with her as it changes my daily life :)

I purchased a package with Chloe afer encountering some digestive issues following a nasty infection with H Pylori and some subsequent IBS and histamine intolerance. Chloe helped to educated me understand what might be triggering my flares and how to gradually re-educate my bowel and reintroduce some restricted foods. Thanks for everything!
