Mr Hannan was extremely helpful in dealing with my situation. He took his time to listen to my concerns and explained his theories and treatment in a simple and concise way. He made a plan of treatment and made sure to follow-up and showed availability for possible further follow-up. He was also extremely patient in answering any questions I had. Definitely recommend Mr Hannan to anyone.

Mr Whittaker was very kind, calm and patient with my four year old son, explaining him what would be happening and making him feel included by letting him ask his own questions about the appointment. As a parent, this is really appreciated. I left the clinic reassured and informed.

Our insurer recommended Dr. Dwivedi after my mum had consulted with several doctors about a suspicious nodule on her thyroid. We are incredibly grateful for the recommendation and couldn't be happier with the outcome. From our first meeting, it was clear just how knowledgeable and competent Dr. Dwivedi is. He was calm, caring, and thoroughly explained everything, ensuring all our questions were answered. Following the surgery, the aftercare was fantastic. Dr. Dwivedi even called after hours, including on a Sunday, to check on my mum's progress. Thank you, doctor.

Dr Joshi was amazing from our first ever consultation and all the way up until now. He really took the time to discuss with me about my concerns and the best and worst outcomes to expect. There was no grey area, he was very direct about everything. The day of the operation, I couldn't have asked to be in more safe hands Dr Joshi and his entire team were amazing. I was extremely nervous going into this but Dr Joshi was incredibly reassuring and his aftercare is amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Joshi and his entire team, this has been one of the best medical experiences.

I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.
