Such wonderful staff, so patient and compassionate. They never made me feel that I was a nuisance for asking questions. Dr Bodri always made me feel at ease and was kind and reassuring. Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

UCH could not have been better. All round professional, and friendly. I couldn’t ask for more.

It was a very nice experience. The staff was really friendly. The lady at the reception was even helping my daughter with homework whilst we waited. 🥰
