I really loved my first experience at the clinic especially from all the staffs

In particular, the receptionists were cheery and welcoming. Theyvhalped make the appointment non-scary and set me at ease - so thanks to them!! 😊

Kind and professional

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

We had an amazing experience through pregnancy to delivery and aftercare with Keith. His responsiveness, scans at each visit and the team around him were all excellent. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.
