We are so lucky to have Dr Jog in Basingstoke. We have seen her for two different ailments for our son and we could not be happier with the service received. We are never rushed and are given plenty of time to discuss our concerns and raise questions, and Dr Jog’s approach gives us confidence that our son is in good hands. Raj Bhalla is excellent. From my initial consultation, through surgery (Fess plus septoplasty - July 2024) to my follow up appointment he has at all times been professional, extremely clear in his explanations and has set out risk with great clarity. On top of that he is a very nice man who makes you feel totally at ease and comes across as very kind. I was fortunate not to have much pain and discomfort post op but all of this had been explained to me in advance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Raj to family and friends as a consummate professional and thoroughly nice guy.

Dr Selvapatt gave us an independent opinion on my condition following 2 attacks of acute pancreatitis followed by persistent complications over 4 months. He was more thorough than any doctor or consultant we had seen; and careful, comprehensive and considerate. He unlocked a blockage in my NHS treatment which proved to be the turning point back towards good health.

She did great, very professional and knowledgeable, I have a great treatment plan, now I feel better week by week than I have in years, I wish I found her earlier.

From the first consultation with Mr Elmiyeh I was extremely impressed by both his honesty and compassion. He is very thorough and I felt completely at ease and reassured. After having an in-depth consultation which involved Mr Elmiyeh looking at my 4 year old Daughter’s tonsils (which were touching) he recommended both a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Obviously, being a Mum; I was apprehensive about my Daughter having an operation but he quickly put my mind at ease. From the moment we walked in on the day of the operation, if you could say it was a wonderful experience it would have been. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at ease and talked us through each stage. I was present when my Daughter was anaesthetised and also when she was waking up in recovery. She has had absolutely no problems since the operation, eating within a few hours and needing very little pain relief. Her recovery has been amazing. He has been proactive in keeping in contact with me and has gone above and beyond throughout. I can’t put into words how much this operation has changed our lives and can’t thank Mr Elmiyeh and all involved in her care enough. If you’re looking for an ENT Consultant/ Surgeon and want exceptional quality of care then look no further. Would very highly recommend. Thank you SO SO much!

Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.
