The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

Great hospital and friendly staff.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

I was spoken to politely and with care.

The initial pre operative greeting to being shown my room and having the timetable for the day explained, I was very impressed felt very much at ease. Post operative care was also excellent with the attentiveness of the staff.

Dr Maha has been such an amazing and well experienced Doctor and I will definitely recommend anyone who is having problems to conceive to go to Dr Maha. The staffs were all great towards us as well and I enjoyed being the patient of Dr Maha because he lifted our hopes and spirits.
