I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.
