I'm very lucky with everything from start to finish I found you personable and and you are brilliant

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. Now I feel as though I was swayed away from going for the surgery as I wasn’t keen on it.
