Clean and friendly setting

The experience was overall positive. Staff was friendly and efficient and waiting time was good. I used the bathroom and found it a bit untidy. The light was not working and the condition a bit messy. Apart from that all the rest of the facilities and waiting area were in good condition .

First class

Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

Efficient reception and radiography staff and system

Happy with prompt appointments. Clean room / bathroom. I was very anxious so would have appreciated if staff were aware for different levels of treatment towards patients. My foot is healing very well. I have been discharged at 5 weeks, but toe joint very rigid. Not sure I am walking too much/ little or correctly.
