A very easy and pleasant experience

Polite, professional and welcoming

The staff members were very caring. They explained what would happen before, during and after my circumcision, including the anaesthetic process and the aftercare. The nurses made sure that I felt comfortable during the entire process. Would highly recommend.

We arrived two hours early, by mistake, but Linda (receptionist, PP) was brilliant in rescheduling my 5 appointments. She was friendly, attentive and efficient, a credit to your superb team.

Wonderful from start to finish. So clean, the staff were lovely and friendly. Couldn’t fault a thing.

I felt welcomed by all the staff that I met and the environment was spotless

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
