I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

I feel totally comfortable at Shirley Oaks, everyone I was in contact with through the process from walking in to leaving were professional al and friendly. Easy parking, good facilities.

The experience was good but the waiting time is more. I had to leave my newborn at home.

Very thorough scan at almost 14 weeks - Dr Fred is incredibly knowledgeable and I found it very reassuring.

My only feedback would be that I sometimes felt that they were incredibly busy.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
