Great experience

Very good attention from all the staff.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

Lovely hospital, always welcoming and clean

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

Everyone was really friendly and I did not have to wait long to be seen. The consultant and her team were really good and explained everything in clear language that I was able to understand

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

All very smooth and efficient

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
