Dr Harley is very professional doctor. He very approachable, direct along with being honest. Plus a good sense of humour. He puts your mind at rest when making decisions. His bed side manner is excellent along with his after care. He very reassuring saying I could always call if there was ever to be a problem. Always an open door! Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I’d like to thank you all for such a positive experience.

I recently had a breast reduction with Doctor Ghali. I have been looked after by Dr Ghali and his team from the first visit to the end of the operation and even afterwards. Dr Ghali has informed me exactly what I would go through openly: the process and the potential issues I might face after the operation, which I haven’t. After the operation, I have seen Dr Ghali and a lovely nurse, Jane, who looked after me, making sure I was okay. As this is an invasive operation, I will definitely recommend Dr Ghali. He is a professional doctor with years of experience. I wish I had done this operation earlier; it has changed my life.

My experience with Mr Khatib has been fantastic. I immediately felt at ease with him and he was so caring and kind throughout the whole process. I was able to ask all the questions I needed to and he answered them thoroughly. I felt safe and confident in going forward with the breast reduction, after more than 30 years of putting it off. The surgery went extremely well and so quickly! I was home the same afternoon which meant I was able to rest and recover properly in my own surroundings which I feel has helped so much for a smooth recovery. If there’s anything I’ve ever wanted to ask, I have been able to call or email without feeling any hesitation to do so and have always been reassured that I can contact him at any time. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

I had considered blepharoplasty for some time due to hooded eyelids. I had always previously ruled out elective surgery but due to the ageing process (I’m 48) I decided to have consultations at two reputable clinics, Clinica London being one. I was drawn to Miss Olver over the other clinic because she instilled confidence and understood entirely my objective - which was to look natural. Miss Olver carefully explained the process to me and managed my expectations in terms of recovery. That enabled me to plan for the surgery knowing how long I’d basically need to work from home and go to ground for. I had the operation a few months after my first consultation. On the day of surgery, I had a consultation with Miss Olver and had chance to discuss any concerns and ask questions. The whole experience felt very calm and Miss Olver and all the nursing staff were caring and attentive. I felt very looked after despite my obvious nervousness about how I’d look and feel afterwards. The surgery itself took around one hour. I was awake and kept informed throughout. The worst part was the anaesthetic but even that wasn’t so bad. I felt no pain during the surgery. Afterwards I felt very numb and had difficulty fully closing my eyes for a couple of hours until the anaesthetic wore off. I rested in a room for an hour and was cared for until my friend arrived to take me home. My eyes felt sore and watery for the first couple of days and I’d definitely advise anyone having the surgery to not work for a couple of days afterwards to avoid eye strain. I also found wearing sunglasses indoors helped. I followed to the letter the after care pack provided to me however and was encouraged to go for a walk each day. The recovery went as advised with the bruising getting gradually worse and peaking at around day 6. I have fair skin and the bruising lasted for around 3 weeks but it improved a lot after around 11 days and was largely coverable with makeup. The bruising was also localised to the eye area meaning sunglasses covered everything and no one gave me a second look when I ventured outside or to the shops. Within a month all the residual bruising had gone and the swelling under and around the eyes had also subsided. I had only told two friends and both on seeing me a month post surgery said they would never have suspected I’d had eye surgery. Instead they said I looked like I’d had a “really good nights sleep” and skin smoothing treatment. Other friends and colleagues who’ve seen me and have no idea I had surgery have told me how incredibly well I look. I was dreading going back to the office but on doing so no one suspected a thing and asked if I’d been on holiday. I’d recommend Miss Olver without hesitation and am absolutely happy with the results of my surgery. I’ve had two consultations post surgery and 7 weeks on, know she is on hand should any issues arise.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others or book for other procedures.
