Excellent treatment ,aftercare and follow ups. Everybody went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible, including spotlessly clean premises.

An excellent experience. All staff were amazing - very helpful and explained what was happening. As a previous theatre nurse I was really impressed with the whole procedure. Mr Harley is a brilliant surgeon with a great sense of humour which makes one very reasurred. Thank you very much.

Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I’d like to thank you all for such a positive experience.

I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.

I had wonderful surgical attention from Professor Malata for a cut out of a BCC. on my left forearm and a punch biopsy on my forehead ably supported by his nursing assistant Jenny. Dr Blackburn is a very knowledgeable and experienced plastic surgeon. From day one he explained all procedures very clearly in a simple language and made sure I understood everything. He made himself available so I could contact him directly whenever I had any questions or worries and always responded promptly. He is kind and sympathetic. Very perfectionist and professional. I cannot thank Manaf enough from start to finish. Having had consultations with two other surgeons , I knew straight away Manaf was the surgeon I would choose. He was so welcoming, friendly, helpful , pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in so much detail. I originally went to Manaf with a size in mind, but he gave me an honest opinion as a surgeon as to what he thought was best. I ended up choosing his size and I am so happy I did listen to his advice! Once the surgery was done, he still continued to show support and care! Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal.
