One of the best consultant experiences I’ve had

Mr Alibhai treated me for mouth cancer. The diagnosis was of course devastating but his kind, caring, manner was so reassuring. The surgery was extensive and complicated but I have made a full recovery and am grateful for his care and expertise.

Mr Rahul Jayaram from the first consultation to the last was exemplary in every aspect of care, bedside manner, professionalism and honesty. It had been my first operation and feeling naturally nervous felt very confident that Mr Rahul was going to do his very best and I was in good hands.

Dr Vik Veer has been the best doctor I have had the privilege of seeing. From the first consultation to the actual procedure and aftercare , Dr Veer has taken the time to listen to my issues and concerns as well as address any questions I have. I did not feel rushed at any of the consultations and was treated with the utmost care and compassion. I felt confident in Dr Vik Veer’s ability and in him and chose to go ahead with my surgery. His expertise in ENT care was evident, and his recommendations were thoughtful and tailored to my needs.

Mr Natt took time to listen to my concerns and was able to diagnose my health concern. His demeanour on reassurance helped calm my nerves when he advised that we will carry out an examination with a camera.
