I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
