Mr Kirkland was courteous, and quickly diagnosed my condition and has prescribed the treatment to rectify the problem.

I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!
