Kathy is a very good physio. Her manual work was very efficient for my back pain and I was able to recover very fast. She also gave me efficient exercises to practice at home or at work I do recommend her!!

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). Dr John Chinegwundoh was very friendly, approachable and caring. He listened to all of my issues over the years and is being extremely thorough checking all possible avenues of what may be my chest issue, extensive blood tests, CT scan and lung function testing.
