Kathryn has been excellent whenever I have needed to see her. She is super thorough when examining and diagnosing an injury. Additionally her follow up diagnosis is always detailed and includes any work required to assist in the healing process. I recently had bursitis in the groin area and she helped me ease the pain quickly through her diagnosis and exercise plan. I could not recommend her highly.

I can't thank Kathryn enough for her exceptional motivation and discipline throughout my recovery from Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS) where she provided a variety of different exercise sets, keeping it challenging and fun for more than a year. When I started, I barely had the balance to walk let alone walk fast or carry anything. We worked on a mix of balance exercises and rebuild every body muscle in my legs, arms, core, back and shoulders. She also encouraged me to focus on improving my nutrition and sleep, which greatly contributed to achieving better results. Without her, I wouldn't have imagined reaching my current state. Her dedication and effectiveness have been instrumental in my progress, and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of rehabilitation support.
Thank you! It was and still is a pleasure to work with you. KT

I broke my heel and strained my ankle whilst skipping rope which was very difficult to handle initially as I have a very active lifestyle (weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, running). I really wanted to get back into the game quickly. Kathryn built an extremely efficient program for me which was very taylored to my needs. I had an amazing experience during each one of the various stages as I saw important progress every week (pain decreasing and regaining mobility). Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable and understands perfectly what needs to be done during the process. She will continuously adapt and give you the targeted help you need to achieve your recovery goals. She gave me an excellent list of exercises that not only helped me recover quickly but also that I will keep in my personal catalog of exercises to continue to use in the future for overall health and injury prevention. I had multiple injuries in the past from various sports activities and saw different physios. I can say that Kathryn was the best by far ! I highly recommend Kahtryn whether you have a very active lifestyle or not as she will definitely adapt to your needs and goals.

I was struggling with shoulder pain for over a year which has had an impact on my day to day life and training. KT has been incredible since day one, extremely professional, explaining clearly every step of my rehab and making sure I had all the information needed to execute the exercises prescribed. Our follow ups were essential for my recovery as KT thinks outside the box, makes sure she adapts accordingly and because of this, I was able to continue to train while addressing and recovering from my injury. Her knowledge and approach of "one size does not fit all" as allowed me to understand better my body and train pain free. I can't recommend KT enough!
Thank you! It was a pleasure to help you.

A fantastic experience with KT in rehabilitating a shoulder injury. It was an old injury that had gotten worse. KT quickly realised that physio was not the initial answer and following a surgeon’s referral/MRI, surgery was obvious. KT was instrumental in the success of the surgery; from pre-hab, post-surgery stretching, and full rehabilitation of the shoulder, it is now back to full function. KT was great in explaining the form and purpose of each exercise, as well as understanding my goals I cannot recommend her enough!
Thank you for such lovely feedback!

Katy was excellent at helping me fix a shoulder injury. She assessed and diagnosed the problem carefully, always listened, and designed a rehab programme that was effective and felt achievable. In the past, I've struggled to keep up with physio programmes, but Katy's treatment and exercises were so practical, tailored and on-target that it felt easy.
