Superb service - I have used before and this time was just as good, got an appointment easily , no wait when I got there , very attentive Doctor , no rush and great advice . Exactly what I wanted .

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

POHP were recommended to me, and it was easy to arrange my first post-op appointment - along with clear pre-op guidance on equipment and physio exercises provided in app form, so I felt well prepared for the surgery. Post-op, my physio journey was clearly mapped across a number of weeks, and throughout I felt confident that POHP were working in tandem with my consultant's clinical team, and the insurance company, to make the whole process straightforward.

Really impressed with Tom Ulset - super friendly and very data driven with clear goals and progression pathway. Weekly sessions kept me accountable and I received a level of care/performance plan beyond any previous physio experience I have had.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

Lovely staff. Lighting could be revisited.
