She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I had a great experience with Mark. My previous therapist had taken me in the wrong direction for my condition and was determined to stay on that path. Mark listened and let me find my own path, using his experience and care to guide me on the way. He was also very clear that our work should have a timeline and a beginning and end. I found that refreshing, particularly as someone with OCD, who didn't need to keep speaking about the condition ad infinitum! I would happily recommend Mark and would certainly be keen to return to his practice for any future therapy needs.

Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.
