Dr Kathryn has helped me tremendously with some very difficult subject matters, she is very good at listening and it does not feels like she judges you for whatever you say.

Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I came to her with a sense of general uneasiness in life that started to become debilitating, and thanks to her effort and dedication I have now developed the tools to understand myself and how I operate in the world to a previously inconceivable degree. She is an exceptional listener and can handle anything you throw at her, as well as being a master at picking up little threads and patterns entangled in the unconscious mind that would have taken decades to even notice, let alone act upon. Dr Emily Hale has been fantastic in helping me to improve my mental health and sense of self through psychotherapy. The environment she creates is one free from judgement which allows me to be myself and express any issues that are bothering me. She is superb!

I had a great experience with Mark. My previous therapist had taken me in the wrong direction for my condition and was determined to stay on that path. Mark listened and let me find my own path, using his experience and care to guide me on the way. He was also very clear that our work should have a timeline and a beginning and end. I found that refreshing, particularly as someone with OCD, who didn't need to keep speaking about the condition ad infinitum! I would happily recommend Mark and would certainly be keen to return to his practice for any future therapy needs.

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.
