Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice.
