It is a pleasure coming to see Miss Richardson, she will listen to what you have to say, explain what she is doing and why and when she has finished all her tests she will tell you if anything is wrong and if there is, what needs to be done to fix it. Her people skills are excellent, any questions she will answer and give you the back ground you need to put your mind at ease……. Thank you!

Excellent service and explanation

I had Lasik surgery six weeks ago and nothing could have gone better. Tariq Ayoub and his team explained the process very clearly, and the tests were thorough. On the day of the surgery, Mr Ayoub and his team were reassuring, very professional and the surgery itself went very well. The recovery was extremely quick and it has been such a major improvement in my day to day life.

I recently had a lower eyelid operation preformed by Mr Lorenzo at Southampton Hospital Eye Unit. Throughout the consultation, operation and the follow up appointment I found him to be exceptional professional. He explained everything very clearly with the procedure and also how successful the operation had been. During the operation he was in total control and I was highly impressed with his and his team's performance. I could not fault any part of the procedure.

I was diagnosed with a meningioma and asked for a referral to Mr Dorward after careful research. I was very impressed with both the expertise and care he showed in explaining my options. I had an operation to remove the tumour and have been delighted with the result and would gladly recommend him to anyone else in the same position.

Dr Jenny Doyle is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to aesthetics. She takes time to listen to your concerns and suggest options without being pushy. She has a very kind manner and I have been recommending her to all my friends.

I first spoke to Dr Scawn in 2023 and presented him with an eye that had been operated on multiple times by two previous surgeons. He did a detailed analysis of my situation and laid out the challenges and best steps. Everything was focussed on getting the right outcomes while being clear to explain the limitations due to the previous surgeries. Fast forward to 2024 and my eye is in a fantastic place. The patience of the approach taken was spot on and Dr Scawn was great throughout

Been to see Jane many time before and the service is outstanding, she is an expert in her field and always provided a fantastic service and outcome. All staff members are lovely and make the process easy.
