Brilliant man

Mr Ho was extremely thorough with the information he provided during my consultation and took time to explain in detail the condition of my eyes and the process and procedure I was going to have to rectify the problems. During the operation, he was again extremely informative and reassuring, explaining step by step what was happening and how it would effect me and make me feel. Mr Ho makes you feel both comfortable and reassured and overall, I found Mr Ho extremely professional and caring in the consultations and treatment I received. The treatment was a total success and I can honestly say that Mr Ho is genuinely an excellent professional and caring Consultant and Surgeon.

I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!

Explained everything very clearly - very approachable

I met Mr Islam on two occasions, both times he was very helpful and reassuring. The procedure he performed on my eye has been very successful. I also appreciate that he gave me his personal phone number and was willing to answer ad hoc questions. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service from initial consultation through to surgery and follow up. Mr Mitry explained everything very well and was very reassuring. Extremely professional and attentive manner. Due to my other health issues my procedure was not quite run of the mill and I received excellent care throughout.

I can 100% recommend Mr. Rajesh Deshmukh for eye surgery. Mr. Deshmukh performed a cataract operation on my right eye during March 2024 and on my left eye eleven weeks later. In each case, it would have been possible to drive within two days after the operation. I drove after six days, as I do not drive every day. I can now read a car number plate at 63 metres. His whole medical team was very good at reducing my anxiety prior to the operations, which were painless. In each case, I would not have known that my eye had undergone an operation, other than the effects of the pupil dilation drops taking a full 24 hours to completely diminish. Before the operation, my eyes exceeded the legal requirement for driving, but the possibility of not being able to drive in the future was never going to be acceptable to me. I believe we forget how good our eyes once were, as changes happen very slowly over a very long time-period.
