Experience at this hospital very pleasant

Very clean and on time didn't have to wait longer than my arranged appointment time

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

Better signage would be helpful.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.
