Professor Missouris is simply the best!! He has formidable knowledge and expertise, listens to every nuance (‘and believe me I asked a lot of questions!!) and he responds with such a gentle, kind, and informative manner ….he Is quite simply one of the best specialists I’ve encountered. Not one to box tick but looks at the patient as a whole and works out the best steps forward rather than feeling like you are just number). Always on hand to answer questions or look at ways to make you more at ease and comfortable with any procedures or medication. It’s truly a pleasure and a relief knowing that my mother is in such safe hands.

Dr Mehta was extremely patient and reassuring in his manner, investigating symptoms thoroughly and giving a clear explanation of issues.

During my first visit, we experienced significant difficulties. We had trouble finding the hospital, then the parking, and finally, the reception sent us to various places before we found the doctor. This caused a 5-minute delay. The doctor became argumentative and spent 10 minutes explaining her frustration rather than understanding my reasons for being late. She mentioned having another appointment, which stressed me out and made me rush through providing her with the necessary details. Her hurried approach was not appreciated, especially since we were seeing a private doctor. On my second visit, I arrived early, but she made us wait even though there were no other patients with her, contradicting her previous emphasis on punctuality. She did not apologize for being late. Additionally, the letters provided were not given promptly. She first sent the claim to Bupa in both instances before giving us the letter. The letter also had an old GP address, and despite constant follow-up, a revised letter has not yet been issued.

From our discussion, he was able to quickly analyse the likely cause of my condition, before arranging a series of tests to confirm the diagnosis. His thoroughness of approach was very reassuring. I was kept fully informed at each stage of the testing process. Dr Gurunathan helpfully addressed all the questions I raised and I am very grateful to him for his time and professional patient care. I would highly recommend Dr Gurunathan to others seeking high quality cardio help and advice.

I was very impressed with Dr Noors approach to the problem and his friendliness. He explained everything very detailed and made me feel at ease. After the operation Dr Noor saw me a couple of times and made sure I was comfortable.

Poor communication from Dr Daryani' s office such as no explanation of what the next steps would be. No apologies for running later for appointments is always slightly irritating as well. Plus I had to spend £180 on a follow up appointment, which I explained to Dr Daryani' s office, yet he was not aware of this. Only my diagnostic tests were covered by my insurance policy. Perhaps a letter would have been sufficient?
