Mr Davidson performed my left hip revision at Guys in Nov 2023. I had had the first op at Spires by Mr Lambu in June 2022. The hip had moved and I was left in pain. I felt my complaints were never addressed. Eventually I managed to get a referral through my GP to Mr Davidson who said I needed a Revision. He explained that the hip joint had moved. After some time (!), I was booked into Guys. The 2nd op felt totally different from the first time I stood up. I was visited by Mr Davidson and his team straight after my op and again before I was discharged. I met one of Mr Davidsons team on my 3 month checkup and then after 6 months I met Mr Davidson. Everything is so much better and this new hip is a success. Thank you, Mr Davison and your team.

I recently had a hip replacement under the care of Mr Shiraz. His skill as a surgeon had me walking pain free without the aid of a stick within 4 weeks. His friendly manner, attention to detail and willingness to explain made the entire process easy. I would recommend Mr Shiraz without reservation, I will certainly be using his services when the other hip needs doing!

I came in after twisting my knee playing football, and Mr Aweid was highly recommended by my physio. I had a torn meniscus and Mr Aweid performed the surgery. The surgery itself went well and I’ve recovered much faster than I had expected, which is undoubtedly thanks to Mr Aweid’s surgical skills and his rehab protocol that was communicated to my physios. In addition to being an excellent surgeon, Mr Aweid is very attentive, patient and reassuring. He answered all my (many) questions and was always available when I needed. I couldn’t be happier with my care.

Miss Tross explained in full detail what the issues were with my hip, the options that could be taken and the actual process that was completed. Samantha is friendly, articulate, and I believe an excellent surgeon. I had 100% trust in her ability to carry out the procedure and obtain the best result possible. The follow up attention to detail to advise how it had worked out was also excellent.
