Solid diet/training regimen - thanks Rick/Jack!

Charlotte is an extremely knowledgeable nutritionist who is extremely kind and friendly in her approach and gave advice and clear guidance to me when seeking help. I certainly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for advice from a nutritionist as she is excellent.

After my standard NHS recurrent miscarriage testing came back clear ("unexplained recurrent miscarriage") and I had a chat with the consultant where she said the best she could offer me was prayer, good wishes and progesterone after a good scan at 6 weeks (absolutely too late I think), I needed to explore other options. I don't know what from what we investigated/discovered worked but I'm pretty sure it was one or multiple things! We treated Ureaplasma, I took progesterone from ovulation, had weekly acupuncture, tried to eat as well as possible to try avoid inflaming my adenomyosis and took low dose aspirin (which my consultant actually doubled from 7 weeks). Anyway, thank you for filling a gap that desperately needs filling for recurrent miscarriage. I thought I would be left with no answers or end up needing to go down the path of needing the expensive and invasive immunology but gave this combination a try first!

The booking process was extremely easy. Richard was professional and friendly and explained the procedure in detail articulately and with laminated pictures. I am quite scared of the thought of the procedure but Richard calmed my anxieties. Richard inserted needles into both ears to find a point that worked for me. I had a headache before the appointment but after trying different points in my ear he was able to reduce the headaches instantly. I had 2 x titanium internally threaded 10mm x 1.2id circular barbells in each ear. The actual procedure was not as painful as I thought and Richard had used the strongest numbing cream. I already feel lighter, my neck and shoulders feel less tense and my headache disappeared like magic. Plus I love the aesthetics which is a bonus! Very grateful, thank you so much Richard

Florence has been treating my son for a while. He is now 17 and has autism, delayed development and learning difficulties. I take him to visit her clinic regularly and he has had a variety of therapies including sound training, retained reflex training, movement and balance work and nutritional therapy. There is no quick fix, but I can honestly say that my son is a changed person since he has been seeing Florence. His language and communication skills have improved massively, he has gained in confidence and he has become very accomplished in music and dance. Florence is such a lovely woman and my son thinks she is fantastic. At home when he doesn't want to eat something I've given him, I tell him that Florence would want him to eat it. And he says ok then, if she says it's good I'll eat it. I would recommend Florence to anyone with a child on the spectrum or with ADHD.

I had a successful programme with Tracey and it changed some of my eating habits and enhanced others. I had an additional bonus of weight loss and improved gut health. I also have the knowledge that my overall health is good and how to manage my diet, vitamins and supplements in the future. It has put me in a good position for the coming years.
