I owe huge thanks to Mr Alnajjar for seeing me through a serious/urgent medical condition. He arranged my initial appointment/scans and also did a biopsy all within days. On receipt of results he operated one week later and has followed/monitored my recovery in the 3 months since. He explained everything along the way clearly, calmly and professionally, is absolutely charming and has always been available when I have had concerns. Clear and helpful in the first consultation. Not pushy about the treatment options available despite my concerns. Calming and reassuring on the day of surgery which was successul and addressed an issue I had been living with and on an NHS waiting list for 6-months.

Prof Shaw is excellent I have total faith in him,my prostate biopsy was painless and thankfully I don’t have cancer. Going forward if I ever did develop it he is the consultant I would be seeing. He is warm friendly and relaxed

Mr Hammadeh is a very friendly and knowledgeable in the area of concern. His bedside manner is a tribute to him as he explains everything to the required degree.

I’d recommend Dr Castiglione without any hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and also has a very calm, reassuring manner. He is also genuinely sympathetic and caring. I feel extremely fortunate to have been treated by him.

Despite my diagnosis Professor PS made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. He explained everything fully and in simple terms. He advised on both preparation for, and post operation. Both credible and reliable PSs level of confidence was very reassuring to me throughout; he always did what he said he would do which is very rare these days. He genuinely had my best interests at heart at all points of our conversations and was always available. Whilst succint, PS has an excellent 'bedside' manner and where appropriate could inject humour to a conversation. It was also clear to me that PS was respected and well liked by the team. I attribute the success of my operation and recovery to PS's attitude, skill and knowledge for which I will always be grateful.
