Mr Samsudin helped me so much. Apart from.being knowledgable and skillfull he is also calm, practical and has empathy. He listened to me and my symptoms, he explained clearly and with empathy what i was going through and what my treatment options were. When it came to the actual surgery it was obviously unpleasant but Mr Samsudins calmness and clarity made the whole process so much more bearable.
