From the first time that I met with professor Ahmed Allam, he filled me with confidence and put me at ease. Once he had diagnosed me as having an inverted papilloma, he explained in detail what I had and how he would treat me. The surgery was a success and followed by post surgery care and follow up meetings. The surgery was life changing, I can breath now, I can taste and my hearing is improved and I don’t have constant headaches. I can not that professor allam enough for what he has done for me. I cannot praise Mr Anwar enough. From my first consultation with him because of my sudden loss of hearing he has proved to be a marvellous doctor. After the medication he initially prescribed only resulted in a partial improvement he recommended a procedure to cure the problem. I was admitted to The Cromwell ,as a day patient very quickly, where he carried out the operation with complete success. Mr Anwar’s calm, friendly and professional manner inspires confidence in the patient and from my viewpoint I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Awad is very professional, he was able to conduct a few assessments and diagnose me easily. His explanation was thorough.

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Mr Syed, is a brilliant surgeon but also very patient, kind and took time to chat to me when I was feeling low. He made me very comfortable and listened to my worries.
