He provided a comprehensive explanation of my condition, complete with diagrams and even some hand-drawn illustrations to ensure I fully understood the situation. It turned out that I had silent reflux, which was causing the inflammation. To be thorough, Mr. Dwivedi suggested that my GP conduct a full checkup to rule out any other potential concerns, which also saved me some costs rather than going through him for the additional tests. This thoughtful recommendation was much appreciated. During the consultation, I also mentioned some minor issues, such as ear popping and difficulty breathing through my nose, which were affecting my sleep. Mr. Dwivedi took the time to examine these concerns as well and offered precise diagnoses. I left the clinic with a clear treatment plan and a prescription to address my issues. For the first time in a long while, I felt genuinely optimistic about my health. For anyone considering a visit to Mr. Raghav Dwivedi, you will not be disappointed. From the first consultation with Mr Elmiyeh I was extremely impressed by both his honesty and compassion. He is very thorough and I felt completely at ease and reassured. After having an in-depth consultation which involved Mr Elmiyeh looking at my 4 year old Daughter’s tonsils (which were touching) he recommended both a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Obviously, being a Mum; I was apprehensive about my Daughter having an operation but he quickly put my mind at ease. From the moment we walked in on the day of the operation, if you could say it was a wonderful experience it would have been. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at ease and talked us through each stage. I was present when my Daughter was anaesthetised and also when she was waking up in recovery. She has had absolutely no problems since the operation, eating within a few hours and needing very little pain relief. Her recovery has been amazing. He has been proactive in keeping in contact with me and has gone above and beyond throughout. I can’t put into words how much this operation has changed our lives and can’t thank Mr Elmiyeh and all involved in her care enough.
