I had been suffering from gallbladder related pain for a couple of months before getting in touch with Professor Frampton, during my appointments he was very understanding and I felt reassured throughout my care with him. I had a number of scans which were all booked quickly and Professor Frampton contacted me within a couple of days to inform me of the results. My surgery went amazingly, Professor Frampton communicated with me every step of the way, he came to see me after the surgery to update me on how it went and rang me the next day to check I was doing ok. Previous to this I have never been in hospital or undergone a surgery and I felt some nervousness about the day, but Professor Frampton ensured I felt comfortable, informed and well looked after.

Dr Abdalla has been great. She is extremely knowledgable and provided a clear explanation of my procedure beforehand and continued to provide excellent support after my operation. She is professional, kind and extremely capable!
