I could not recommend Professor Frampton more highly. I first saw Professor Frampton after having spent a week in hospital with severe cholecystitis; he very quickly ordered all of the appropriate scans and was extremely clear in explaining what the precise issue was and ultimately recommended that I have my gallbladder removed. In advance of the surgery Professor Frampton very much put me at ease, he explained the procedure in detail and ran through the possible complications, and I felt like I had all of the information I needed. Professor Frampton was extremely contactable when questions arose. The surgery itself (robotic cholecystectomy) was longer than anticipated due to the level of inflammation in the gallbladder and the presence of gangrene. Despite the complications, Professor Frampton was able to remove the gallbladder without issue and without any side effects. Following the operation Professor Frampton checked up on me regularly, both immediately after the procedure, the next morning, and then a couple of days later by telephone. He was very clear in terms of how to manage my recovery, which put me at ease and I was back on my feet less than two weeks after the operation. Overall, despite the nature of the issue, I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received from start to finish. Professor Frampton's PA, Sarah, is also brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and contactable.

Mr Thomas was extremely easy to deal with and clearly did an excellent job on my inguinal hernia surgery - I did not need pain relief afterwards, and (7 weeks after) it has healed very well. He explained everything very clearly.
