At nearly 80 years of age, I was nervous about having a hernia operation. However, Mr Menenzes put me at ease with his friendly, empathetic matter and clear explanation of the procedure. My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Came across as very knowledgeable and confident. Easy going manner and easy to understand. I met him on three occasions and he was consistent on each occasion. Happy out come to my operation so it was win win all the way.
