My only feedback would be that I sometimes felt that they were incredibly busy.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Friendly staff and nurse post operation was the best so catering to our child

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

Helpful reception staff as were all the nurses who helped me during my visit. Very clean building. The. provision of beverages was nice to see and free car parking!

Dr Lovat was just what I needed. Knowledge, kind & patient. I have a long-standing issue with my stomach but feel immeasurably reassured since my consultation. Highly recommended
