My experience with Dr. Al-Joudeh was great. I have seen many Bupa doctors, and most of them just waste time. However, Dr. Al-Joudeh was different. He looked after me and was straight to the point. He took the time to listen to me and explained in detail what was causing my health issues and what I should do going forward.

I was very happy with my experience with Mr Rhodri Hodd and his team who were very polite, helpful and friendly.

The care and treatment I have received from start to finish has been exceptional. Professor Framptons help and care I can highly recommend. But also his PA couldn’t help enough. The whole process was smooth and easy and extremely professional. Everything you’d wish for during procedure that was needed.

Explanations were good. However his manner tended to be a liitle sexist and smarmy which made us uncomfortable.

After receiving an unexpected diagnosis for neuroendocrine cancer at age 32, I did research to help narrow down to which doctors in the UK were leading for treatment of this rare disease. Dr Srirajaskanthan was immediately impressive upon meeting and made me feel safe that I would receive the best care. He was compassionate and took the time to help my family and I understand the diagnosis and next steps. He fast-tracked consultations and scans, so my waiting period before treatment was as short as possible. He was diligent to assess all testing that came before meeting with him, and has helped me have a say in my own treatment journey so I have the highest possible quality of life. I have a long journey ahead with this cancer, but I am in safe hands. I cannot thank him (and his wonderful secretary) enough for being there for my family and I.

Mr. Thomas addressed all my concerns, putting my mind at ease. His professional approach and easy communication are highly commendable.

Superb clinician

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended him an an extremely experienced specialised Gastroenterologist.

I thoroughly recommend Dr Annalisa Crudeli. She is very friendly, approachable and extremely thorough, one of the best doctor's I have had. I felt at ease visiting her and discussing my issues. She ordered different tests and results came through quickly. She managed to get to the bottom of my problems and devise a plan. An excellent doctor overall.
