Dr. Anet Soubières was extremely helpful every time we met. She recommended a couple of procedures we did to confirm what symptoms I was feeling and whether this was associated with IBS/IBD. She explained the results thoroughly and made sure I understood them as well. Overall a great experience.

Both Prof. Bu and his practice co-ordinator were fantastic, communications, explanations, scheduling, clinic facilities and the direct care I received were genuinely world class (I’ve previously worked in private hospital inspections and healthcare in the UK and abroad). At every stage I understood the plan, why tests were needed and what might happen with the results and when I needed endoscopy the Prof was very reassuring and clear throughout.
