Dr Preston is professional and honest. He answered all my questions so i could understand without the medical jargon, and to top it off he is so so kind. Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day). All of which was efficiently and sympathetically done. The follow up appointment was just as informative. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I would highly recommend Dr Kandiah as he is extremely professional with an amazing bed side manner.

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

Dr Rakshit’s empathetic nature made the whole experience stress free. I felt that she really listened to me, she explained likely diagnosis, tests needed and what was involved. The medical procedure performed was done so in a calm and reassuring environment. As someone who suffers with anxiety, I felt in control and well supported at all times.

Dr Murino is not just a highly competent and professional consultant, but also a considerate and empathetic person. He listened to me, never dismissed my concerns and explained the recommended course of action very clearly. Top marks for everything!
