Like a 5* hotel. Clean. Attentive care. Faultless.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

Excellent experience

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.
