First time visit. Most reassuring

I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

Everyone I came into contact with at the hospital was welcoming and friendly in their manner. Very caring and nothing was a inconvenience to them. I felt very well looked after there.

I attended Murrayfield only for pre-op bloods - the staff were friendly and efficient.

Everyone was was amazing and took great care of me.

Dr Jibran carried out the ECHO himself and explained the findings immediately which is so much better than having an anxious wait for results.
