Shawfair is exceptionally clean, first impressions with the desk clerks was professional, friendly, helpful and calm. After a fall I was immediately helped and given a wheelchair and assisted to my car afterwards

I was at Spire Shawfair- but it doesn’t seem to be an option. Great experience, lovely and friendly staff, very clean and efficient. Thank you.

My experience at Spire Murrayfield was that it was professional and efficient and provided a good service. However, as it is a private hospital, I might have expected a bit more comfort and cosiness: it just seems very functional.
