I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

Great experience

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

Emily was amazing! Every time we spoke over video call it was like I’ve known for ages and could openly tell her my problems etc. she made me feel so relaxed and calm about my situation!
