I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

Emily was amazing! Every time we spoke over video call it was like I’ve known for ages and could openly tell her my problems etc. she made me feel so relaxed and calm about my situation!

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Helpful reception staff as were all the nurses who helped me during my visit. Very clean building. The. provision of beverages was nice to see and free car parking!
