Emily was amazing! Every time we spoke over video call it was like I’ve known for ages and could openly tell her my problems etc. she made me feel so relaxed and calm about my situation!

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Most of the time i have quick and friendly contact.

Great hospital, very quick service throughout, from arriving and then being seen for both my initial appointment and the surgery. Everyone was very professional and welcoming, clear explanations of everything throughout the treatment
