I had a consultation with Dr Lascar in May 2024, focused mainly on the role and benefits of bio-identical hormones. She has a calm and warm personality which sets the tone for a relaxed conversation. I welcome Dr Lascar's holistic approach in getting to know her patients, touching on everything from diet, life style, personal and family medical history, mental and emotional load, etc. She is remarkably patient and took her time to explain thoroughly different aspects of body functions and how bio-identical hormones come into play. I felt listened to, understood and expertly guided towards what may work best for me, without any pressure to opt for one option or another. Dr Lascar comes across as a professional who deeply cares about her patients and is up to date with the latest on her field. I feel confident continuing my health journey with her and I look forward to our next appointment!

Dr Dudeja was very understanding and gave me time to explain my symptoms. We then discussed next steps, I had so much confidence in her. I am perimenopausal at 38, Dr Dudeja, explored all options with me. She did not medicalise my symptoms but instead considered the impact and affect they were having on ny life. We have tried various HRT, Dr Dudeja reviewed me and made adjustments. We have now found a brilliant combination and my symptoms and quality of life have significantly improved.
