Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). I welcome Dr Lascar's holistic approach in getting to know her patients, touching on everything from diet, life style, personal and family medical history, mental and emotional load, etc. She is remarkably patient and took her time to explain thoroughly different aspects of body functions and how bio-identical hormones come into play. I felt listened to, understood and expertly guided towards what may work best for me, without any pressure to opt for one option or another. Dr Lascar comes across as a professional who deeply cares about her patients and is up to date with the latest on her field. I feel confident continuing my health journey with her and I look forward to our next appointment!
