This caused a 5-minute delay. The doctor became argumentative and spent 10 minutes explaining her frustration rather than understanding my reasons for being late. She mentioned having another appointment, which stressed me out and made me rush through providing her with the necessary details. Her hurried approach was not appreciated, especially since we were seeing a private doctor. On my second visit, I arrived early, but she made us wait even though there were no other patients with her, contradicting her previous emphasis on punctuality. She did not apologize for being late. Additionally, the letters provided were not given promptly. She first sent the claim to Bupa in both instances before giving us the letter. The letter also had an old GP address, and despite constant follow-up, a revised letter has not yet been issued.
