It was good but as time went on became very busy

We booked a suite at Portland for an elective c-section. I very much appreciated the consultants at the hospital. Other than my consultant obstetrician, I also had the support of various doctors at the hospital who were all professional, kind, and frequently checked in on me and my baby. The midwives at the hospital were also friendly and supportive. Especially the midwife who assisted during the process of delivery. However, I did note that a couple of the midwives during the night shift had the scent of vape smoke. I was a bit put off as I was sensitive to smell pre and post-delivery and I worried for the health of my baby. All in all, strongly recommended as a top maternity hospital in London.

Follow up report not supplied. Not what was expected. Unable to inform local GP of outcome. Not good value for private practice. Would expect much better. Have been patient at this clinic for over 20 years and am disappointed at this situation which has arisen under new consultant!!!

The reception staff are always charming and helpful. And every nurse has been extremely professional - and kind.

Every little details were absolutely perfect.

Fertility team are very accomodating and kind. The atmosphere and services in the clinic is superb. I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and colleagues.
